LAUNCHING CREATIVITY
WITH A CAPITAL C

Problem

Capital C is a new hub for the creative industry in Amsterdam, located in what used to be the diamond exchange of the city. The building offers flex desks, office space and a number of fabulous event and meeting spaces designed by famous (and less famous) Dutch Designers. All it still needs is a way to communicate all of that to its future creative inhabitants, in a way that doesn’t feel so highbrow that it might scare young creatives off.

Solution

The new Capital C identity is made to show that this creative hub understands the ways creative professionals work and procrastinate and that shows in all communication. The things that make you smile are usually the things you can relate to – be it a hectic deadline or staring at a wall for four hours to avoid starting work.

Creative

With big, witty headings and scruffy illustrations, we built an identity that makes you smile – whether you’re a creative or not. The scribbles appear everywhere in the building, on the website and in print communication, in places you’d often wouldn’t expect them.
