The majority of gallery visitors spend very little time with an individual artwork. Scant seconds, in fact. For “Museum Minutes,” the Kunsthal Rotterdam sought to extend this exposure with a variety of innovative means. Among them was a collaboration between KesselsKramer and others in which a gym running machine was set up in front of an artwork, encouraging people to work out while appreciating art.
